My issue is the story in this book because there seems to baquise an on-going racket among these management book writers. It’s written more as story for children than a serious academic book.
I related this story more to business and professional situations than personal ones but that’s just my opinion. I know this is not true, but this book is based on real stories, that putted in practice the eight steps. This book was mandated by my boss for us to read for our upcoming team huddle.
